Hi, I’m Greg. I started running when I was a teenager… and I never stopped. I’ve taken part in marathons, 10ks and park runs and consider running as a crucial part of my lifestyle and happiness.
I love running and find it to be nature’s best way of regulating your mood and controlling stress. It’s a great sport for engaging with competitively, as well as helping you leave your troubles behind after a long days’ work.
These days, there’s more to running than just lacing up your trainers and setting off. There are a whole host of gadgets, equipment and clothing that can make things easier, prevent injury and help you get your running times down.
I wanted to set up this blog to talk about running and create a space to share my knowledge, experience and expertise with fellow avid runners. I’ll be doing product reviews and event posts that I hope can contribute to other people improving the efficiency and enjoyment of their runs!
